Over the last 20 years, she has held leadership positions in the entertainment, corporate, information technology and counseling fields. In addition to her professional experience, she also lives out her life’s vocational calling as an ordained minister. Dr. Glenn uses her gifts to educate and care for others seeking holistic wellness. Through counseling, consulting and training, Dr. Glenn shares her passion for wellness and balance.

Reverend Erica D. Geralds, is passionate about providing counseling focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion, wellness and holistic therapy and training as a Minister, Preacher, Teacher, Clinical Chaplain and Licensed Professional Counselor. Rev. Erica holds Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Master of Divinity from Mercer University. Rev. Erica earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. Rev. Erica currently serves bi-vocationally as Assistant Director, Counseling & Psychological Services at Mercer University in Atlanta, GA and Private Practice Owner of Begin Again Counseling, Coaching and Consulting Services, LLC. Rev. Erica also serves as an associate minister at Ray of Hope Christian Church in Lithonia, GA. Rev. Erica support innovative mental health and wellness programs and development that addresses the continuum of mental health needs for both prevention and intervention in a variety of ways: planning and leading education and training events to reduce racial mental health disparities and destigmatize therapy for communities of color, consulting with clergy and church leaders to start or deepen mental health-related ministries, wellness trainings for women in ministry and BIPOC clinicians to increase the understanding around the importance of cultivating holistic wellness focusing on mental, psychological, physical, financial, relational, spiritual & emotional wellbeing.
